Welcome to Jennifer Kammerer
Mediation
Prior to becoming a mediator, I practiced law for fourteen years, with a focus on civil litigation, estate planning, and trust administration. Those years provided firsthand insight into the emotional, financial, and personal toll that unresolved conflict and prolonged litigation can have on individuals and families. This perspective reinforced a conviction that has become the foundation of my work: the individuals affected by a dispute are often best positioned to craft meaningful solutions because they understand the complexities and priorities that shape their circumstances.
Today, my professional focus is dedicated entirely to dispute resolution. Mediation provides a safe, confidential process that encourages open communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and the exploration of options the parties may not otherwise have discovered.
Conflict is rarely limited to the issue that first brings people to the table. Beneath the surface often lie deeper concerns, emotions, and perspectives that influence how parties communicate and approach resolution. Through a thoughtful mediation process, those underlying issues can be acknowledged, creating space for understanding, problem-solving, and lasting agreements. Left unchecked, prolonged conflict can negatively affect your relationships, health, and financial stability.
I have experienced these effects first hand while navigating a difficult chapter in my own life. That experience deepened my appreciation for the emotional weight conflict can carry and strengthened my commitment to helping others successfully navigate conflict, restore peace and provide closure.
In my experience, when parties have the opportunity to communicate openly, identify what truly matters to them, and participate in shaping the outcome, they are more likely to reach agreements that are practical, sustainable, and meaningful long after the mediation concludes.
Whether you are navigating a complex dispute, a difficult transition, or a matter that requires thoughtful resolution, I invite you to contact me at (619) 990-7019 to learn how a neutral, guided mediation process can help you find a path forward.
Warmly,
